Clem a été batteur sur l'album Zombie Birdhouse d'Iggy Pop paru en 1982. Album où on retrouve aussi Chris comme producteur et bassiste...

Saviez vous que Clem Burke a endossé le constume d'un frère RAMONE en 1987 pour deux concerts, lors du départ de Richie Ramone en 1987....

"Clem Burke (born November 24, 1955 in New York City) is the percussionist for the band Blondie. Recruited by Chris Stein and Debbie Harry when they were first forming Blondie, Burke remained with the band throughout the first stage of their career and was instrumental in reforming them in the late 1990s.

During the '80s and '90s, when Blondie was disbanded, Burke played drums for The Romantics (for whom Burke has been the regular drummer since 1990), Pete Townshend, Bob Dylan, Eurythmics, Dramarama, Iggy Pop and Joan Jett, amongst others, and even stood in as drummer for The Ramones (under the name Elvis Ramone) for two gigs in 1987, after the sudden departure of Richie Ramone. In 2005 he toured with Nancy Sinatra."

Kathy Valentine, une ex-Go-Go's, donnera un concert le 5 mai 2006 à Detroit (elle a fait un album solo) avec un groupe dont fera partie CLEM BURKE à la batterie. D'autres dates sont prévues (Chicago, ...)
